In the United States, the issue of receiving equal pay to men topped the list of workplace concerns, flagged by 58 percent of women, and nearly half of U.S. women, or 43 percent, do not think they earn as much as men doing the same job, the findings show. Balancing work and home life and having the same career opportunities as men were the next two major challenges cited by women in the United States.
U.S. women were the second highest group when asked if they had been harassed at work. A total of 37 percent of women said they had faced harassment from co-workers in-person or online but only 23 percent of those said they would always or most of the time report this.
